The CX190 combines the adjustability and style of Lake's high-quality road cycling shoes with fit and comfort. Built on the Sport Last, the shoe offers a balance between efficient pedaling and long-distance comfort, making it a versatile option for cyclists who want advanced performance without sacrificing all-day comfort.

Upper

Lightweight microfiber combined with breathable mesh panels creates a durable yet 
flexible upper that resists stretching and retains its shape for a long time. The mesh promotes airflow and moisture management, which helps keep feet cool and dry in varying conditions. 
The wrap-around tongue stabilizes the midfoot and improves heel support, which reduces unwanted 
movement and ensures a secure, slip-free fit under heavy strain.

The CX190 model uses Lake's proven nylon composite sole, which is designed to maximize stiffness in the most important power areas and maintain controlled flexibility where comfort is important. This balance ensures efficient power transfer to the pedals without excessive foot fatigue, even on longer rides. The sole is compatible with 3-bolt road bike cleats and offers reliable performance with an optimized stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Two BOA® L6 dials allow for independent adjustment in the forefoot and instep areas. This dual-zone system allows for quick adjustments during the ride, which ensures a secure and even fit without pressure points. The low-profile and impact-resistant L6 dials are designed to be reliable in real riding conditions.

SIZE RECOMMENDATION

Sizing recommendation
When wearing winter socks, we recommend ordering 1-1.5 sizes larger than your usual Lake Cycling shoe size.

HOME DELIVERY FOR BICYCLES – €39/bike

• The bike is delivered to your front door fully assembled and adjusted, almost ready to ride. You only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
• Delivery time: Bikes in stock are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days. The delivery time for bikes that need to be ordered generally varies between approximately 1–4 weeks.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

• Pick up your order from our store at Hyllilänkuja 7, 33730 Tampere.
• Bikes picked up from the store are handed over fully ready to ride.

DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES, SPARE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

• Delivery via Posti or Matkahuolto. Delivery costs range from €3.90 to €7.90 depending on the size and weight of the shipment. The price is shown at checkout before payment.
• Orders placed before 12:00 noon are often dispatched the same day. The product typically arrives about a week after dispatch.
• Accessories ordered with the bike and installed on it are delivered without an additional delivery charge. If you wish, you can add accessory installation to your order.
• Note: Not all parts (e.g. pedals or large baskets) can be pre-installed on a bike delivered to your home, as they will not fit in the shipping box.
