The Helkama CX Urban is a truly reliable e-bike for everything from asphalt to gravel, making it an excellent choice for commuting and everyday mobility. The CX bikes feature a single, low-step frame design that makes it easy to get on and off. The long-lasting battery is seamlessly and discreetly integrated into the bike frame. The CX city bike's rugged-style and minimalist design are topped off with matte black mudguards and a daytime running light featuring the Helkama emblem. The daytime light is a stylish small detail that improves your visibility in traffic and always lights up whenever the motor is running.

HOME DELIVERY FOR BICYCLES – €39/bike

• The bike is delivered to your front door fully assembled and adjusted, almost ready to ride. You only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
• Delivery time: bikes in stock are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days. The delivery time for bikes to be ordered generally varies between approximately 1–4 weeks.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

• Pick up your order from our store at Hyllilänkuja 7, 33730 Tampere.
• Bikes picked up from the store are handed over fully ready to ride.

DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES, SPARE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

• Delivery via DSV or Matkahuolto. Shipping costs range from €3.90 to €7.90 depending on the size and weight of the shipment. The price is shown at checkout before payment.
• Accessories ordered with the bike and installed on it are delivered without an additional shipping fee. If you wish, you can add accessory installation to your order.
• Note: not all parts (e.g. pedals or large baskets) can be pre-installed on a bike delivered to your home, as they will not fit in the shipping box.
