PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Manta MIPS is a helmet that represents MET's aesthetic and highly modern design. It is as excellent as the original model, but with a sharper appearance and an even more advanced feel.

The Manta MIPS is more aerodynamic than its predecessor thanks to its lower, tubular rear profile, which we developed with special wind tunnel tests at Milan's NEWTON laboratory. Equipped with the MIPS-C2 rotational control system, the MET Manta MIPS can slide relative to the head in a collision and redirect harmful rotational motion in the other direction. MIPS is a brain protection system designed to increase safety by at least 10% compared to standard helmet constructions in certain collision situations. The MIPS brain protection system (BPS) is attached to the inside of the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS foam.

The Fidlock magnetic buckle makes fastening the helmet easier and faster. This feature effectively shortens triathlon transition times.

Although the helmet is primarily aerodynamic, it is also very well ventilated. We have designed the shape of the interior to direct air, and MET's signature NACA Vent works together with specially positioned exhaust vents to ensure a smooth airflow through the helmet without catching the wind and causing drag. It has two special openings for securely attaching sunglasses. In addition to its technical features, the Manta MIPS is also exceptionally comfortable. The 360-degree head strap ensures that the skull does not encounter pressure points, and the shape of its interior was inspired by the award-winning MET Trenta 3K Carbon model.

HOME DELIVERY FOR BICYCLES – €39/bike

• The bike is delivered to your front door fully assembled and adjusted, almost ready to ride. You only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
• Delivery time: Bikes in stock are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days. The delivery time for bikes that need to be ordered generally varies between approximately 1–4 weeks.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

• Pick up your order from our store at Hyllilänkuja 7, 33730 Tampere.
• Bikes picked up from the store are handed over fully ready to ride.

DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES, SPARE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

• Delivery via Posti or Matkahuolto. Delivery costs range from €3.90 to €7.90 depending on the size and weight of the shipment. The price is shown at checkout before payment.
• Orders placed before 12:00 noon are often dispatched the same day. The product typically arrives about a week after dispatch.
• Accessories ordered with the bike and installed on it are delivered without an additional delivery charge. If you wish, you can add accessory installation to your order.
• Note: Not all parts (e.g. pedals or large baskets) can be pre-installed on a bike delivered to your home, as they will not fit in the shipping box.
